Through some of the toughest global conditions, the Western Australian economy has prevailed. Unemployment has averaged below four per cent for more than three years, while more than 330,000 jobs have been created during our time in office.

We are also investing to diversify our economy at a rate never seen before.

Cook Labor Government will;

• Invest $116 million for the new Tantabiddi tourism hub and boating facility at
  Ningaloo Reef.
  
  
• Continue to support major job-creating projects in the Pilbara such as critical minerals processing and green steel.
  
  
• Invest an additional $20 million, on top of the existing $70.5 million program, to expand the highly successful Aboriginal Ranger Program.
